The more research I do on the subject of global warming and the more I listen to both sides of the issue, the more I am not quite sure if global warming is as serious as Al Gore portrays or if it is played off as a sorce of drama. Many of the facts stated for both sides make a good case to believe, such as, the major storms that seem to be worse than ever recorded and the data stating that the Earth reached a peak high in 1997 and has been declining ever since. The subject almost seems to be one of personal opinion. Facts support either side are dramatically revealing towards the person or article you read. My stand is to educate the people and yes present options to help reverse or slow down the effects of the global warming. Looking at the charts of where the Earth's temperatures are and have been does not make it seem as a real urgent matter, but living through and seeing the destruction of the storms, earth quakes in divers places, and severe droughts lean me to believe that something is occuring. These acts of nature are begging for our attention. Do we listen and try to help? Or pretend that all is well? Educating ourselves and the children who are our future will determine who is right or wrong.
